Plantation – Sold Out

McLeod Plantation located on James Island is open to the public through Charleston County Parks.  Jim visited the home and Mr Willie McLeod several times to get pictures and information for this painting.  The same plantation house is featured in Jim’s “Southern Plantation”.  To learn more about the plantation and visiting the park click HERE.  The featured statue actually belonged to Jim and was in his backyard under a live oak tree!  Jim placed this same statue in his painting of “Garden Gates”.
