Morning Doves – Sold Out

Jim was an avid dove hunter in South Carolina. This image was inspired by his many hours spent in the field. Jim took much pride in how 3D this image looks. To paint this image Jim hung dried corn stalks and whole doves (harvested during a hunt and kept frozen, whole, for use in the painting) on his easel for details and scale!

This is a print Jim did for the SC Waterfowl Association.
